Congratulations to Ursula Schulz-Dornburg and Farah Al Qasimi for winning the 2025 Bernd and Hilla Becher prize, awarded every two years by the City of Düsseldorf for those who made a significant contribution to contemporary art discourse through their work in the context of photography.

Ursula Schulz-Dornburg – The Vertical of Time. Guided tour of the collection presentation at K21 and discussion at Salon21. With Dr. Doris Krystof, curator of the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen, and Dr. Julian Heynen, curator, author, and former director of K21.

Museum Insel Hombroich
Excursion to the Museum Insel Hombroich, meeting point: Grabbeplatz. Guided tour by Roland Nachtigäller through Ursula Schulz-Dornburg’s “Sunset” series (1991) in one of the “Three Chapels” in Kirkeby Field. Departure: 10:30 a.m., Grabbeplatz, Düsseldorf.
